This project began as a simple list of resources for students and new clinicians finding their way in family medicine. It’s growing into something bigger: a space to share what we’ve learned, support one another, and make this whole "PCP" job a little easier.Family medicine can be both compassionate and sustainable when we invest in the people who make it work.
